How to NyaK

The NYAK was built to provide deep muscle relief (through acupressure) in these specific zones. While laying on your back with your knees bent, the 42º post angle allows you to situate the NYAK on either side of your spine at the base of head, targeting these trigger points as you slowly move your head front to back and side to side. The NYAK is compact and can be used while you’re sitting, standing, walking or any other time you need tension relief.
